A New Chapter Begins in the Ohio Strategic
Prayer Network

Sensing a
time of change was upon us, in August I resigned (to Barbara
Yoder – Great Lakes Regional Director & Chuck
Pierce, US SPN Director) from being the Ohio SPN Director. My resignation
was dependent upon a successful transition to the next Director.
I was feeling a “mile wide and a inch deep in Ohio SPN.”
The last four
months Ohio SPN was put into a dormant stage as we sought the
Lord Jesus for direction. I prayed a dangerous prayer “Jesus,
if you want me to still lead Ohio SPN under a different strategy;
then let Chuck and Barbara come back and ask me.” That happened
on November 6. They said “would you be the Apostle of Ohio
SPN and tell us what your strategy is.” I said yes.
On October
2 and 3 Marion Duvall under her Pastor – Apostle
Tony Atkinson from Belfrey, Ohio administrated a series of meetings
to listen to Jesus speak through prophetic ministers Chuck Pierce,
Dutch Sheets and Barbara Yoder IN Middleton. This was preceded
by a Midwest Roundtable on September 29 and 30 of the Ohio Valley
in Bellville, Ohio. These seventy City Reacher leaders are special
people in a special group. Paul Hoy (Columbus) lead us (assisted
by a core of us as secondary leaders). These meetings were both
significant and strategic to the Ohio Valley!
What did Jesus say to the Ohio Valley prophetically in Middleton?
I have summarized
it. There are audio tapes and a word for word manuscript available
for a monetary cost. Here is the summary in an acronym. To take
our place as a shield of prayer for the USA and beyond; the Ohio
Valley must take up our battering ram of –
S take the Sword of spiritual
warfare
P the Prophetic anointing must
come from the back to the forefront
I we must remove our Idols – particularly
free Masonry
R we must build our Relationships;
the covenant breaking spirit must be removed
I we must be In place where
Jesus has us
T we must be in Touch through
worship (including a monthly statewide worship gathering)
- the Ohio Valley is to be a swing to help determine the destiny
of the USA in 2004; we are to run with the Horsemen!
To explain
my call and our team, please let me clarify. My grace is “an apostolic equipper who has a strong prophetic charge
in him.” My roles in ministry includes firstly my family,
senior pastor of Marion Christian Center, president of Eagle Christian
College, lead apostle of the Network of Christian Churches, and
support advisor under Bishop Hamon in the Christian International
Ministry Network. My role as apostle of Ohio SPN is in addition
to these relationships.
I am very thankful for a great leadership team in Ohio SPN that
includes:
- Revs. Ernie
and Maria Velazco who lead our monthly Harp (music) and Bowl
(prayer) and Eagle Christian College’s School
of Intercession (SOI)
- Pam Ulmer – who
assists me in spiritual mapping
- Sandy Bright – my administrative assistant who is administrating
our Ohio SPN prayer network – email
- Mark Velazco – who
leads my personal prayer partners
- Prophet
Jim Stevens – who
leads our School of the Holy Spirit and School of the Prophets
(SOP)
- Marion Duvall and other statewide mobilizers
- Paul Hoy – Floodgate Ministries – Columbus – key
prayer leader
- Various regional and local county leaders throughout our state
and the Ohio Valley
This is our Ohio SPN strategy for 2004:
- We will have monthly Ohio Valley Worship Gatherings the first
Friday at 7 pm for February through June and August through December
at Marion Christian Center, 1550 Richland Road, Marion (740-389-2910).
We will worship and be in touch with our God. (This is our normal
School of the Holy Spirit.)
- The prophetic will be brought to the forefront at these first
weekend gatherings;
- By providing prophetic presbytery to those interested
- By continuing The School of Prophets (SOP) in Marion and
drawing the Ohio Valley into the prophetic
3. Our statewide Ohio SPN email network will be used much more
aggressively
to mobilize spiritual warfare, the prophetic, removing idols
and building relationships.
- The Eagle
Christian College School of Intercession – (SOI)
and School of Apostles (SOA) will be used to strengthen the Ohio
Valley
- “Nets that Work” (networks)
will continue to be built throughout the region with key leaders.
- We will be offering Ministering Spiritual Gifts (MSG) seminars
throughout the Ohio Valley to help accelerate the prophetic
